What we collect

• API keys: Generated on registration. Used to authenticate requests and track usage.
• Usage data: Which tools you call, how often, timestamps. Used for billing and service improvement.
• Agent memories (paid memory service): Text content your agents store via the retain tool. This may include code, conversation context, business information, or other data your agent processes.
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

What we do NOT collect

• We do not track you across websites.
• We do not use cookies for advertising.
• We do not collect data from free tools that do not require an API key.

How we store it

Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases on secure servers. Agent memories are isolated per tenant. No other user or tenant can access your memories.

Who can see it

Only the service operator (Andy Salvo) has database access, for maintenance and support purposes only. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to any third party. We do not use your data to train AI models.

How long we keep it

We store your data for as long as your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days for billing purposes.

Your rights

• Access: You can view your stored data via the API (check_usage, recall tools).
• Delete: You can delete individual memories or your entire account. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
• Export: You can export your memories via the API.
• Opt out: You can stop using the service at any time. No lock-in.

California residents (CCPA)

You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email us.

Security

We use HTTPS for all connections, encrypted storage, and per-tenant data isolation. API keys are hashed. The service publishes a public audit endpoint at /audit for transparency.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes get 30 days notice via the service.
