What this is

The Agentic Platform ("Service") is an MCP server that provides agent diagnostic tools and persistent memory services, operated by Andy Salvo ("we", "us").

What you get

Free tools (MCP linter, health check, cost estimator, service evaluator) are available without an account. Paid services require registration and credits or a subscription. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your API key secure. You are responsible for all activity under your key.
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to store illegal content.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data.
• Do not abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent billing.

Our responsibilities

• We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and your data secure.
• We will not sell your data to third parties.
• We will notify you of material changes to these terms.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or data durability. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the service. Back up anything critical.

Termination

You can delete your account and data at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we shut down the service, we will give 30 days notice and provide data export.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
